The Overview Screen

When you first log into the system you will see your Overview Screen.

There are 3 types of Dashboard Available :

BASIC : This shows a graphical pie chart of the status of the Compliance, Documents, Risk Assessment and Training Modules.

DETAILED : As basic, but also shows a list of the most recent upcoming and overdue Compliance, Documents, Training and Risk Assessments, but also includes Equipment module pie chart and upcoming/overdue items.

CUSTOM : In Custom Mode, you will note a COG ICON to the right of the selection. This allows you to select from the following items on a custom dashboard :

• Compliance Summary
• Compliance Upcoming/Overdue Items
• Documents Summary
• Documents Upcoming/Overdue Items
• Risk Assessments Summary
• Risk Assessments Upcoming/Overdue Items
• Training Summary
• Training Upcoming Courses
• Accident Summary
• Accidents Most Recently Reported
• Equipment Checks
• Equipment Checks Upcoming/Overdue
• Most Recent Top 5 Show Reports
• Most Recent Visitor Log Entries

To enable one of the items on your custom home screen, slide the relevant selector to show green.

You can re-arrange the order they are displayed on screen by clicking and dragging the Crosshare on each selected item. Make sure you click SAVE when you are complete.

The page will automatically refresh, however if you want to pull the lates information, click the REFRESH icon.
