Feature : Trackback for Accident Reports in Progress plus Change of Catagory Function

The Accident List now allows Administrators to move the stage of an accident report back two levels to assist where accident reports have been input correctly, or where an incident needs to be re-catagorised.

When an accident is at INVESTIGATION stage, Administrators will note a button labelled to revert back to the Assign stage. This allows the investigator to be changed.

When an accident is at ASSIGN stage, Administrators will note a button labelled to move the accident back to REPORTING stage. 

This allows a report to be reverted back to any stage for correction.

Should the ACCIDENT TYPE be changed, you will note that the drop down box is greyed out, however there is a BOLT symbol. Clicking the BOLT symbol will allow you to change the type from Accident/First Aid/Near Miss - Allowing the form to be re-completed (note - if changing type, additional information may be required before you are able to submit the accident report depending on the report type.)
