New User Issues - 1st Time Login

We are getting a lot of queries whereby users are not able to log in using the credentials emailed when first setup on our system.

Please can you ensure that the first time you log in that you type your username and password, as sometimes copying from the email onto the system adds spaces, and therefore provides an incorrect username or password.

If you are still having issues, or need a new password, click the Recover Password and enter your username on the screen that follows in order to have a new password generated and emailed out to the email address we have on file for you.
