Obtaining a Password Reset

If you cannot remember your password, click the "RECOVER PASSWORD" button. This will change the screen to the Reset Password Screen.

You can enter either your username or email address to retrieve your password. Enter either of this information in the box and click "RESET PASSWORD"

The system will email you and provide a link to reset your password. Click this link and you will be invited to set a new password. Once complete you should be able to log in with the new credentials.

If the password reset doesnt work?

Your local administrator is able to manually set you a password from within the system. If you are struggling with the password reset emails, please contact your local administrator to reset the password in the first instance.
