Obtaining your user login

The person nominated as administrator for your system is able to setup new user accounts and manage passwords and other user related issues. If you do not know your username or password, please contact your administrator in the first instance and they will assist.

First Login

When you are first setup on the system, you will receive an email from the system as follows :

Hi YOURNAME,

Your account has been created on the Blue Lemon Health and Safety portal by (YOUR ADMIN) at IP address xxxxxxx.

Please click the link below, or copy and paste it into your browser:

https://YOURCOMPANY.blhealthandsafety.co.uk

With the user name:YOURUSERNAME

Your initial password is YOURPASSWORD
